The white of Josephine's left eye is a little pink. Just a little blush to it and it is normally a clear white. I noticed it the first time yesterday evening and then this morning it was a little goopy. Just a tiny bit of whitish sleep around it when she woke up. I have flushed it out with eye rinse twice today, I have not put anything else in it. I do have a wide range of eye treatments here, having Pugs I have learned, but am not sure if I should just rinse and watch or bring out stronger stuff like artificial tear ointment, ceragyn drops, Terramycin, etc. I am really scared of cherry eye and not sure what triggers it to happen.

I don't think it's allergies as it's just the one eye. She isn't squinting it or holding it shut, in fact she doesn't seem bothered by it at all but I am worried.

Any suggestions?

Give it 2 days and if worse see Vet. If the same give more days and monitor. If after a week not better see Vet. I'm betting it's good as new in a week's time.

I would use Vetericyn eye gel for my dog if I had any around for a week, since it's lubricating, antibacterial and antifungal and won't future cause bacterial resistance if there's no infection.

As long as it is clear, it could be allergies. Only, for whatever reason, Lambeau one eye is impacted by his allergies
