Thank you for updating on his status and clarifying some things for us.

Glad Moshe is feeling better and certainly continuing to pray for him (and y'all).

Please do update on Moshe, I love OEB's... great job on a 10/11 yr old <3.

How's Moshe doing? Hope he's feeling better. Did vet say to keep him on the cephalexin? If he's still having diarrhea and still has to have the antibiotic probably the best probiotic is Propectalin since it has a bacteria plus pectin gel to solidify the stools. https://www.amazon.com/ProPectalin-A.../dp/B00552J3QU

Thank you all so much: heres an update: The vet said his blood work and his urine sample all came out fine and normal. He said it most likely is the ear infection and to continue Cephalaxin until finished. He is still having diarrhea but it is not bloody anymore and he is improving!! Thank you all so much, I appreciate all the advice && Prayers Thank you I will look into purchasing that probiotic

So glad Moshe's doing better. If his diarrhea is getting much better you might be better off with the Proviable DC or Herbsmith Microflora Plus since they have more varieties of bacteria than the Propectalin.
