Beautiful Babies. So glad to hear Diamond is doing well. The vet must have had her reason, and maybe fear of hemorrhage was her reason, but if she's a good vet and you trust her, then you have to trust her reasons and instinct. Keep us posted on how she's doing, and keep sharing the puppy pics.

I try to not question a professional but I feel I'm Diamonds voice so I try and be vigilant. My lack of sleep and emotions over the passed puppies are clouding my rational thoughts. You all have helped me with the reassurance and support!! I am forever grateful to you all. Now- PUPPIES!!-img_0603-jpg-img_0602-jpg-img_0595-jpg-img_0572-jpg-img_0586-jpg

Diamonds temp is 101.6 Her perfect pre pregnant baseline . I've added tums to her food for the calcium to help her uterus expel that placenta. Nap time for me- maybe

Aww again sweet babies. Have you named them yet? Angelica or Angel and Jewel are names fitting for two pretty girls.

We are keeping a girl named Dixie and we have a boy named Brock and a BIG boy named Spike and a little girl named Little Girl (lol) and our last girl that survived against all odds named Grace. The last boy that didn't make it named Lucky- that sounds strange but we thought they had resuscitated him so we named him before we lost him ❤️️

Just called the vet to tell them no placenta yet. She said it's highly unlikely she hasn't passed it and I probably haven't noticed because she would have ate it. I thought I had watched her non stop (even have a camera watching her when I leave the room) but, her vitals are perfect, she's eating, drinking and nursing so maybe I did miss it.
