    Question Bladder Stones

    Have any of you had a Bulldog with a bladder stone my bulldog had surgery in November and is now on a prescription diet for the rest of his life Just wondering if stones came back

    some come back and some don't. Stay on the scrip diet...no treats that are not the scrip diet. We've had dogs that had to have the rerouting of the urine flow to bypass the urethra. The stones will pass right through. Only done this surgery to the males...not sure of/if there is a fix for females.
    Hopefully this is the end of the stones for Baxter.

    They all can come back, but there are many different kind of stones and others are more likely to return than others. What type did your bully have?

    Just like other stated, depends on the kind of stone. Some can, but alot of them can be controlled through diet.
