OUCH.... poor girl! That looks like it could be an allergic reaction to a bug or spider bite... any odor ?

No odor. It does look like bug bites. She seems to be having a series of symptoms that could be allergy related, ears (one crusty the other looks yeasty with those bumps), scabs with fur loss, alopecia (mostly cleared). She's on Natural Balance LID Venison and Sweetpotato with nightly ACV.

Could be food related-- ask your vet about blood screen allergy testing. It is not 100% but give a great baseline to avoid

Goodness... I'm wondering if that's ear mites. I would get a vet to check that out...

After a good cleaning, the bumps subsided. They are infected. This one was unusual as it wasn't debris but a thin crust that peeled and flaked over the entire inside of the ears. Doc prescribed otomax.
