Thanks! I will definitely check it out. It does seem the soaking in Epsom salt and applying Daktarin Gold cream afterwards is working. Is around 5days now and here is what it looks like now:

@Jeffrey We also used Vetericyn after the soaks and it too seemed to help with the cysts.

Because of the heavy morning dew, we are also drying paws after coming in. That really cut down on Jewel and Bentley licking their paws to death (almost).

Bentley has numerous allergies to food and we found a food that now has halted his reactions. We use Fromm's Pork and Applesauce. The food has cut down on him scratching ferociously a while after eating.

Thanks for the advice. I will see if we can find Vetericyn here. We don't have any problems with scratching but have been noticing that our boy Hero is shedding a lot lately but our other boy Saber is not so still in two minds on if we should change the dog food.

    Jeffrey

You can find Vetericyn at Walmart...you might have to order it. We just add it to our periodic Chewy.com order. I would shop around as the price varies with all retailers that carry the stuff.

Well I would try to isolate the allergen if it is allergies. Many of here at EBN have had few experiences when it comes to bullies. We hope that Jeffrey gets over his quickly.

Wow, I wouldn't like those prices! You can get the Vetericyn on Amazon but have no idea what Amazon China is like!

    Hi All,

Thanks for all the advice and comments. It has now been 1week since we started to treat the Interdigital Cyst for Hero using the Epsom bath salt and Dakatrin Cream. He is not 100% better but hopefully we are nearly there. Here are some pics to see the improvement from Day 1 of the treatment.

    Day One:

Hi there. Which Vetericyn were you using? I see there's one for hot spots and one for wound care.

Vetericyn Plus All Animal Hot Spot Spray 8 oz - Dog Care
Vetericyn Plus All Animal Wound and Skin Care 8 oz Liquid (pump) - Dog Care

    Thanks!
