Help Needed! Please Help.....Joey's Face

Hello all.....Crappy way to spend your first birthday......

So I've noticed Joey's nose rope more moist than usual so I've been dabbing with cloth and did use a wipe on it 2 days ago. BUT today it looks like its bleeding??? (see cloth photo). I called the vet's office and they said apply neosporin and if doesn't clear up in a few days to bring her in. I asked about powder and she said no, try neosporin first. I need some help, not sure what to do.....what is this??

Might be getting an infection.... nose rope/wrinkles are tough when it gets humid..... clean with some peroxide and apply a little Neosporin. If you had neo predef powder, that would work too

Thank you Christine! So is it either or neosporin/neo predef powder? I will go buy anything you suggest, which should I do first? Sorry.....soooooooooooooo new at this!!

I would get the neo predef powder, as it would be more drying. If you can't find it,ask your pharmacist,they are usually helpful. Second choice,neosporin.

@2BullyMama @Manydogs Thank you so much, as you can tell this freaked me out!!! I'll start with the neo predef powder first. I ASSUME that I can clean first with the hydrogen peroxide? She'll probably HATE ME....because it will burn
