Dewormed, fleasor not

Im curious how many gives their dogs on regular basis or monthly the "pill" to make sure their dogs are protected from worms n fleas etc.

Im asking because in all the years I had dogs I have never. Yes I always gave them their regular yearly shots.

Every month.... Sentinel heartworm pills--- not chancing it, we have lots of mosquitos in our area and it only takes one bite from the suckers

We have used Sentinel for many, many years without any issues... it also kills all types of worms and fleas.

We use Sentinel too… we have a horrible time w/mosquitoes here in the summer months.

Im just debating cause now I have a little bully. Alberta so damm cold nothing lives here even rats wont live in Alberta. Lol

Not much mosquitoes here. You see if you live like in Texas or somewhere there's not much of a winter, yes I get that. But if you live like in Canada or central USA you can give 6 months months worth from May to November as it goes with temperature. I sure never seen any mosquitoes in November to May here. There's a good article I fell on once that explains it better than me. I speak more French than English and sometimes the brains kicks into French mode. Lol
