The thing that I like about using things like Tumeric, Coconut Oil, Yogurt, Apple Cider Vinegar, and other natural foods and supplements is that they are natural, inexpensive, and have many health benefits but without the side affects of medications. Also all of these things are also beneficial to humans as well.
