It's hard to say... it can just be an inflamed pore... If it doesn't grow or change for the worse I don't think you need to worry. You can put some solution on maybe, I'm not sure what brands you have in USA for that

Kinda looks like one of those hystiocytoma's.(I think that's the word [MENTION=2894]2BullyMama[/MENTION] ?) They appear,then disappear..........You could put some Vetericyn on it,or neosporin
