My Bully has Hyperkeratotic Paw Pads

My Bully has just seen his Dermatologist for a checkup. He is continuing his Apoquel and Ketoconazole.
I read the Discharge Summary, and the Dermatologist indicated that his paw pads were hyperkeratotic.
I had to look that up to see what the problem was. I did not see or speak to the Dermatologist. An intern/tech took Maximus back to be seen by the Dermatologist so I didn't have an opportunity to be
present for the Examination. Is there some sort of treatment I am supposed to be doing for his Paw pads?

Yes I was wondering if you were actually describing hyperkeritosis in your last post, saying the paw pads were hairy and long. Here is the article:
