It seems like Bowser has been having a rough time lately. He's still on his bland diet because of his diarrhea from who knows what cause.

Now I just noticed this between his face wrinkle under his eye. He's been scratching his face periodically ever since we brought him home but not constantly. Could this be a hot spot or an infection. It looks raw. I clean his wrinkles with unscented baby wipes everyday.

It just looks irritated to me, and he made it worse by scratching. You can clean well, then apply a little neosporin into the fold. Tyson gets like that from time to time.

yes, it is irritated, then the puppy will scratch making it worse. This is common but you need to clean it. I use chlorhexedine to clean it.

you can also use Vetericyn spray. I love it for scrapes and scratches. Really any minor irritation. I got mine from amazon
