Cracked paw pad

Gracie has a cracked paw pad it doesn't seem to bother her.

Has anyone seen this and does anyone know the best treatment

Looks painful, maybe some Vaseline or Mushers paw wax will help.

I've had cracks before and what I use is either Aquaphor or mushers, Aquaphor is nice cause you can pick it up at the store and it works great.
