My diesel is getting operated to save his life

I am praying for your sweet boy [MENTION=6047]jimmyjj[/MENTION]. I can only imagine how helpless you feel. Can they give heavy duty antibiotics to help with the infection? I wish you could get him to an emergency vet for another opinion.

Rosalie, on fb I believe Jimmy said the Vet had Diesel on 3 different antibiotics.

The Vet thinks the infection has weakened Diesel so much that if they do surgery,
he won't pull thru. They're racing against time & hoping the meds strengthen him.

I'm trusting in Jesus and my heart is breaking knowing Jimmy & Family's worry.

That's right. The infection has weakened diesel so much he wont operate. He needs to operate to take stones out his ball sack but he has a catheter in so that's not a problem at the mo as it won't block
What happened was infection was inside, the infection took the ph out the wee. The ph normally dissolves and stones??? No Ph so the stone got trapped then he backed up full of infection.
I took him to the vets and he drained him on monday and said if he wees were ok but he never did he just went down hill.
I am thankfull I walk him 2 miles every day, he's not underweight or overweight.
The only thing is he hasn't eaten since Friday so is weak.

Jimmy, I just want to say again...put your faith & hope in Jesus not in what man
says.

I went into ER with infected kidneys, not caught by my Dr, who I had just seen
that am. They put me into immediate surgery (found a stone blocking urine flow)
but when I woke up, found they hadn't done surgery because I was full of infection.
Instead, surgeon had cleaned out as best he could, they hooked me up on all sorts
of meds, like Diesel, and were very grave. Found out later, they weren't expecting
me to pull thru and if I did, with very impaired kidneys. I'm diabetic and have auto
immune diseases that I take immune suppressants to keep my immune systems off,
(my immune system attacks my body & organs so drs keep it shut down)...I had nothing
to fight off this massive infection! I just gave it to GOD and felt at peace, I think the Dr's
thought I was feeble minded & just didn't the severity of it.

After a week in ICU, they released me to go home. My kidneys?...not damaged, only by
GOD's Grace, only by HIS Will, nothing of mine or the Specialists. I speak the same Divine
Power (JESUS) over Diesel right now and petition the Almighty GOD, Abba Father, to touch
the mighty heart HE gave Diesel to beat, to press the mighty lungs HE placed there to breathe,
to drain all infection out of Diesel's beautiful body, to touch him with His own Hand and bring
Diesel's life force STRONG. We ask in Jesus Name, give us this miracle, we thank You, 'O GOD.

Just had vet off the phone. It's now 10 am in the uk, he's responding to the meds however he's still very poorly. So now It's a case to see if his kidneys are damaged. Been told I ll get a call about 5 tonight with another up date.
