9.8 yo female bully presents with vomiting and less frequent bowel movements. Due to snow and below freezing temps for last 4+ weeks and lack of grass, had to go to other locations for walks. Have done this previous years, and bm's have been ok. This year, seems worse than previous. Have given canned pumpkin, but things haven't seem as well. Seems like when we give anything else other than kibble, it causes vomiting. Usually give OTC meds with cheese and not a problem, along with banana and bread. Is this all because of constipation and nothing out = nothing in?!?! Has had previous food allergies, on California Natural Kangaroo and Red Lentils. Thinking of trying burger and rice for a few days..

Daphnee Is there any way possible she could have eaten something? I'm thinking obstruction.... The pumpkin would have helped had it been constipation- I think a vet visit & X-rays is due as soon as possible.

And yes. I'd go bland for now to be safe. Until vet sees her.

I am with Jessica, Maybe obstruction, have your Vet check Daphnee out to make sure she has not eaten anything.

Agree -- that is not normal... please take to the vet and ask for x-ray with barium to make sure they can see

Yes, @Daphnee - any updates?

Sorry for the delay, been busy...
So, Xrays were negative, they gave her an anti nausea pill that also increased the intestinal motility, helps food move on thru. Went back to canned pumpkin as well, and then moistened the mixture with some warm water to make a little paste almost. That got things back on track, along with the snow melting and having actual grass again, and warm weather. Looks like we'll stick to the pumpkin, she was on it for couple of years before, but seemed not to need it when we switched to California Natural Kangaroo. Thanks for the concern..
