This is the best pix I could get. He was fine this morning. I saw him scratching his face & then smashing his face into his bed (not the crate) earlier. Is it possible he accidently got his eye? Also, can we use eye drops such as Visine, etc.?

Cherry eye
Go to the vets and get him to roll it back in ASAP.
If it keeps coming out you ll need an op.

Diesel Has cherry eye which comes out every 6 months, I put it back myself.

Hi, this definitely looks like cherry eye to me. You can massage it back in, but in most cases it will pop out again, and eventually it will stay out more and more. It tends to come out after playing or running. The eye can become irritated, or dry out when exposed to the air. We used over the counter Refresh eye drops from the drugstore, but Visine would work as well. I would take him to the vet and have them look at it. Eventually you will probably need surgery to repair the eye.

Yup, definitely cherry eye but he didn't scratch it, phew. Drops for 2-3 days. The vet put it back in but it came back out :-(
She also mentioned eye surgery. Gonna have to save up.
