Ok so I think we have Brutus' food allergies straightened out  but I have noticed his eyes are very watery and it is causing irritation on his face. Under his eyes looks red and raw. Like where tear stains would be. Can I give him an allergy med besides benedryl? I thought for some reason I read that I can give Zyrtec, but I do not see it on the med list. Has anyone given this or an OTC allergy med before?

I was giving Winston Zyrtec before he had his surgery… the eye surgeon told me that Zyrtec does better w/eye allergies than Benadryl. I was giving him one tablet per day...

Perfect thanks. I will give him one as soon as I get home. I knew I saw it somewhere. It must of been your thread.

It probably was because I was giving Winston Benadryl, and she told me to give Zyrtec instead. I noticed a HUGE difference...

Thanks. I hope it helps too. I really do think it is just seasonal allergies like you suggested last night. Everything else seems to be ok. His ears look great, no cyst between his toes and no vomiting or burping. I think this will do the trick.
