David -- could she use the lubricating drops you can get for humans at like Target or CVS?

Sustaine eye drops works great, it's a bit thicker than a regular drop and lasts longer

Thanks everyone. Her eye was a little less funky today. The antibiotic ointment seems to be working and her eyes look much more clear. I'm going to check out those sustaine eye drops too. I feel like the vet isn't taking the dry eye seriously and just thinks it's her ulcers. He does know best, but my gut is telling me it's much more than ulcers.

Is it just draining or is she squinting?

Debo had borderline dry eye & the Vet gave him some drops called BNPH Ophthalmic Ointment. If I remember right, they have a steroid in them, and if your dog has a scratch on her eye, the steroid can make it worse.
