Bo's nose wrinkle....

I have another question too... Before switching Bo to blue buffalo grain free food last October 2012, I had to frequently clean out his yeasty nose wrinkle. Once I made the switch, I never had to clean it again. He never had yeast there or on his paws again.
For the last month or so, I've noticed that there's yeast in his nose wrinkle again? Why would that pop up again??

Even though it looks clean, you should still clean it at least every other day... get moist in there and yeast will build up
