Red ears

So I have noticed on and off that Khaleesi gets red spots in her ears from time to time, but it normally goes away within a couple of hours or less. There is no smell, no crustiness, etc. Just redness that looks sometimes like tiny bug bites, or broken capillaries....
tonight is it especially red, and it looks like she may have scratched it too, so I'm not sure if it's itchy or if the scratch is unrelated.

Anyone know what this might be?

Are the ears warm.hot? I am wondering it is is some type of allergy or irritation -- anything on his belly?

her ears are a little warm when this happens. But nothing on her belly. No other signs of skin irritation at all. ??

I can't think of anything it could be... my Frenchie does get red ears when he is playing hard or it is too hot. As long as there is no smell or other sign of infection i would not be too concerned, but at next vet visit ask them about it

Ido you notice them after she is playing? Just wondering if it's just from playing hard.

A couple of times I thought I noticed that it happened right after a play session, but I'm not sure if that's the case every time. I need to start paying close attention each time...
