Help Needed! Miss B just went into first heat cycle

Well, she's all grown up! lol
We can't keep a diaper on her because of no tail! Also read some things about being careful of diapers possibly causing UTI's and tail issues. Any suggestions or thoughts? Thank you in advance for any help!!

Well the fun begins, either try to put a diaper on her or crate her to hold down on the mess. That's about it. Plus do nit let her out of our sight for a second to make sure a male does not get to her. They can climb fences.
