Help Needed! Red Spots

Today I noticed my dog licking his paw. I recently did a food switch from Fromms Pork and Peas to Earthborn Great Plains. I recently added Salmon Oil to his food because he was itching but I immediately noticed dark tear stains. Today I gave him a fish oil capsule with his breakfast hoping to cut down on the itching without the tear stains. Now I see these two red spots on him. Does anyone know what they could be and how I can help him?

I would back off of all the salmon and fish oil so you can rule out the food. How old is Dozer? How long have you been doing the switch?

He's been doing fine. His behavior is normal. I started the switch 2 1/2 weeks ago. I gave him a Benadryl once I saw the spots.
