Can also try lufenuron 80-100mg/kg every 2 weeks as a supplement treatment. It's normally used for fleas (Program,Sentinel) at a lower dose. You can buy lufenuron generic in 410 mg capsules. I wouldn't personally try this over itraconazole or terbinefine if you have to give meds orally.
