Nares surgery-need Northern VA recommendations

Porkchop is 3 yrs old. He snores when he's awake or sleeping (then it's pretty loud), usually breathing thru his mouth when he's up and about. He just started sleeping in my room at night and I noticed he has 8-12 second periods where he doesn't breathe. Apnea? His nares are really small. I'd like to get him evaluated for the surgical procedure to widen his nostrils. If there is anyone on this board that lives in northern VA/DC area that has had this done, could you please give me recommendations? I'm going to ask my regular vet for a recommendation but thought I'd put it out here as well. Thanks!
