He had one dose of heart guard plus for 51-100 lbs on 7/18 along with his leprosy vac and rabies vac . On 7/22 is when he started coughing up a lot of phlegm and threw up a bunch of his food on 7/30 is when he had his first small seizure and 8/15 was the grand mal. I didn't give him his second heart worm dosage because something about the first one didn't sit right with me. I don't know if that is what caused it or something else but I asked the vet and she said she hadn't heard of it with heart guard

Great news and Loki is looking good with his weight gain.

It's a PITA but I'd give his shots ONE AT A TIME from now on and give
heartworm or any medication at a different time from giving shots.

Ask Vet if they will draw titers to see if Loki may not need certain shots as
he may have immunity long after the time frame of protection. He might
get a waiver from shots because of having seizures soon afterwards.

Woo hoo! 2 months seizure FREE as of yesterday! He is up to 63lbs now so back in the weight category the vet suggested. She did raise his dosage a little to compensate for the weight gain a total of 129.6mgs per day up from 120mgs per day. We are going in next month to have another panel done to make sure the new dosage with his weight gain is enough. His shyness is starting to wear off a little but he is still very cautious. I wonder if this will ever go away or what we can do to make him not so uncomfortable. I had a great interview yesterday and the potential new job does Visual Therapy for children and they said that they would love for Loki to be an "assistant" for a couple hours a week. He is great with kids so I am not worried about that but the fact that he is scared of the parents is what worries me. We have been trying to bring him to Pet stores more often as he still comes to work with me at least once a week. Weird thing is that if he is on the counter he is best friends with everyone once he gets on the floor shy guys is hiding behind mommy again. I try and ignore the hiding and shyness doesn't seem to matter I have tried to use calming words of encouragement that doesn't help either.
