Update on Zoey's Cerry Eye

Our little cone head. Still seems to be going well, she is doing great with her cone, which is supposed to come off tomorrow night (see how she does with it off) and stitches come out this Friday, 5 days away.

Aww.. what a sweetie. Any reason why your vet didn't use dissolvable stitches?

My wife talked to the ladies at the vet and our impression was the Friday appointment was to remove the stitches but if they are the dissolvable stitches all the better. Maybe it's only a two week follow up appointment to see that all is OK. I'll post after the vet visit Friday.

Zoey is doing good, I think. Her cone comes off today but anxious for Friday's vet visit to hear what the thinks.





But she has to face this everyday and they like to chew on each other's face. And Zoey usually starts it, so it's one of them on our lap or in the kennel most of the time till her eye completely heals.

Zoey had her vet visit yesterday and had her 2 stitches removed and is doing great. Pictures later, she wouldn't hold still for pictures this morning.
