Squirting

Ok so a few times now I've noticed Zeus squirting poop, not a lot a few drops. But it smells horribly. It's very watery but he doesn't have diarrhea. I take him out and he will just pee. His poops outside look normal.. He's only done it twice but it's not like him to do that. Has any of your dogs done this before??

Hmmmm this is a tough one. Any chance he "sharted"? A bit of poo comes out when he farts?

Could also be some of his anal glands coming out because of your description of the foul smell.

My first instinct was his anal glands as well. Does it smell fishy?

Yes it does kind of smell fishy... Really weird smelling...

Sounds like anal glands to me to. You can have your vet show you how to excrete them or look on youtube.

Luca does that all the time. I always figured it was that gland thingamajig expressing itself.

I just read on a different post that it can be caused by stress. I hadn't noticed it prior to the fireworks. Ill get him checked.. Thanks everyone
