We have had this problem with both of our Bulldogs; in fact, our vet says dog acne is just as common as acne in human teens! Some of the advice our vet gave us that has worked includes antibiotics to clear up the initial outbreak (if the acne is severe, has open wounds, or is not healing quickly). Stridex pads can help with future breakouts and may even help to ease pain. Just as so many others have said, keep the chin dry, especially after every drink/meal.

Finally ... the one thing that makes our second Bully break out the most ... is playing with plastic bottles! I would have never figured this one out if were not for my vet! Bullies LOVE to play with empty plastic bottles, and mine tries to get one whenever he possibly can; however, his chin will break out if he does. So, if Daisy plays with plastic, you might want to try taking it away to see if that helps.

Good luck!
