Georgia is Obsessed with her Kong Squeaky ball. She chases and slides for it all over the house. The problem is her sliding is causing her 2 first Nipples to become raw and the pads on the back of her front feet to bleed. Is there anything I can do to prevent this but still let her play ball? It has to be painful but it seems not to even faze her, but she shouldn't have to deal with that just to play.

Take it away and let her heal.I think would be the best option. After that give it to her intermittently for a while.

Good Luck hope he paws heal soon

I was thinking after they healed socks would prevent it from happening again.. Do you think they might?

You can put a T-shirt on her and there is a company that sells booties for dogs. Just do a search on the net.

Carolina Pet Pantry has socks. I ordered a pair and use them when I need to put snout soother on their feet to help soften up their pads. I think they were only around $11 or so.
