Help Needed! My Bulldog hot spot are getting worst. May i ask if any one know what should i do?

I changed his food(5 Stars) since yesterday and bought a Anti-Itch Spray for dogs(NUTRI-VET).

but when i came home last night i see his hot sport is turning yellow and green.

May i ask if it is normally?

Please switch the food slowly, otherwise it will cause stomach upset.

That area need to be shaved. Yellow and green sounds like infection but it could be puss. If you cannot shave it you need to see a vet who can get your baby better.
