No help here since I have 2 boys. But I've asked a few to come and help, they'll be here shortly.

Hugs and kisses to Lily. Menstrual pain is no fun.

Drugs containing acetaminophen (tylenol, advil, etc) are very toxic and potentially fatal to dogs so make sure if you are giving her asprin it's just asprin, not like excredin for instance which has asprin and acetaminophen. Then the issue with asprin is it can be very irritating to the stomach so they suggest if you have to give your dog an OTC pain reliever make it ascriptin which is asprin coated in maalox. The dosage I found online was 5 to 10 milligrams per pound of body weight.

I hope Lily is feeling better. Are there any other remedies that can be helped, aside from pain meds? I don't have a female bully so i'm of no use here. Maybe a heating pad would help?
