    I'd go as long as they allow you too, which is generally a couple of minutes. I would also stick your hand in there, and rub between the toes, and under the pads to ensure its getting in there too

    This is what we have been dealing with for the past 4 months. Samsons paws bleed too...you can see the blood vessels in one of his paws. He has been seen by a vet for the past 4 months and we have gotten no where. He has been on EVERY rx, 2 times. :-(
