Help Needed! Bump on face

Last night I was cleaning Beefy's face rolls and I noticed the wipey had a bit of blood on it. I started really checking him over and he has a small bump. What could this be and what can I do to treat it.

Could he have scratched himself?

A bump can be anything - if it's bleeding, maybe a bug or spider bite? Was it only one bump?

I don't think it's from a scratch but it could be possible. Yes, it is only one bump right up by the fold on his face. I'll try to get a pic of it here in a few minutes after I pick up my son from school.

what was the bump... pimple, maybe?

Brutus had 2 of these on his fold flabbers near his mouth...The vet told us it was part of his chin acne and was a pimple...we used animax and within 2 days it was completely gone

Gator had a small bump (most likely a pimple) between his eyes but it went away after a few days i just kept it clean.
