Other Little worried about jameson

Jameson seems to be having some breathing issues...i thought it started two days ago when my best friend picked him up and said he sounded like he was coughing. I thought ok kennel cough. Not the first time def not the last. But he seems to not only have a funky hack(doesnt sound like his normal kennel cough) but his breathing is labored at times. Def not normal panting...so i guess monday it is off to the vet. He just had a checkup two weeks ago and all was normal....someone on thursday noticed him breathing funny also and my neighbor says he has been barking at night nd its not a normal bark. He is def not himself...didnt sleep well last night and slept all day today...poor guy

Oh no, poor little guy. Hopefully it's nothing too serious but anything to do w/breathing issues is always concerning. Has he been able to eat and drink water? I'd just keep an extra, extra close eye on him tonight and tomorrow which i know you will anyways. Please keep us posted and give him a smooch

Definitely a trip to the vet. Bully's can go downhill very quickly with lung and breathing problems. Was he boarded or anywhere he couldve been exposed to anything? Let us know!

Eating normal...just had some water...went most of the day without drinking but has been drinking since he ate dinner....he went to camp bowwow a week ago today and i live in a condo so he is always running into dogs...i havent let him play today because i feel like he needs to chill...plus i can tell he is off....all his vet tests came back normal...i dont hear a crackle...but he is def making a funky sound now and again....we did stick our hand in his mouth to make sure nothing was stuck....i took him out at 8 to go to the bathroom...he wanted to sniff around and i kept hearing him labored....

He hasnt coughed any up at all. In the past with kennel cough he coughs stuff up...so i dont think

Same. His bark sound hoarse as does his whine. No nasal discharge at all. No abnormal sneezing. Just a funky sound...nothing being coughed up. He isnt lethargic but he isnt plain either. Aybe cause i have just been laying on the couch with him....he is sleeping a ton

Please let us know what they say tomorrow at the vet. That does sound odd. Wonder if he has something small stuck in there.

Hey all just left vet. His xrays r being sent to a specialist due to something in his lungs. I should hear later today. Until then he is on a bronco dilator and antibiotic. Hoping it is just an infection but will know more later
