Aww bless...it will all be over soon 
keeping her calm is was always gonna be tough especially since these silly dogs don't let a little pain bother or stop them. As for the infection, her immunity is low after her operation an unfortunate but regular occurrence when the body is concentrating all it recourses on fixing itself post op. Hang in there hunny...your a great mummy and Coco will love you more for it
