I came across this chart today while researching some stuff for Abby. I thought it was interesting enough to share. It was created by a doctor at the veterinary hospital in Philadelphia. I'm putting it in the nutrition forum because it shows how much faster an overweight dog ages faster than one who's fit. If it needs to be moved somewhere else please move it for me.

If your dog is 5 and weighs 50 pounds, his body is that of a 37 year old man. But if that 5 year old dog weighs 51 or 52 pounds, his body has aged 3 years just from those few extra pounds.
