She looks so proud of her beautiful babies! And she looks good herself. Glad you are taking such good care of her! Enjoy all those sweet little smooshy faces! :)

So here is a visual update of lola, i have been applying the ointment the vet gave me, and i have noticed improvement in the color of the skin. But i think it still might be spreading, her other check is staring to have spots. anyone deal with this before??

Clean the area with antibacterial soap and apply the ointment the vet gave you, it will take a few weeks. If it keeps spreading call you vet, he may need to give her some antibiotics to help her immune system. Plus you can give her some plain yogurt, maybe a spoon full every day to help out.

Another thing to add. Watch the stress level in the house, keep her and pups in a quiet spot in the house, warm for the pups, no drafts. If mama has problems keeping up with the food intake, mix some extra calories in that kibble, canned food with a gravy base works well. She will enjoy feeding the pups knowing she gets a good meal and fresh water after every feeding.
Laying with her and giving her reassurance can help to alleviate the stress of nursing. all of this can help her skin irritations.
You can also help her by doing the elimination process for her. (pooping and peeing the pups)
Any questions please don't hesitate.

Those pups are 100% beautifully marked
