Dumb question perhaps, but has anyone given their Bulldog any OTC medication for Diarrhea? Max has had a bought of diarrhea, don't know where it came from but I called my Vet and he said feed him Chicken and rice. But did not say about any OTC medications ......
so just checking to see if anyone has used any medication for diarrhea ............

My 8 week old had diarrhea when first coming home to me, her breeder told me to add 1 tbs PURE pumkin (canned ok, but no additives) with kibble. It did firm stool up, but took about 2 weeks to resolve. Lots of H20 to avoid dehydration!!

PS...when I say firmed stool up I mean no more "blasting liquid" it was still soft, but not watery.

I get something called 'fast track' at holistic pet store. Works great! It's a gel form probiotic
