Although I can't say that I've been exactly where you are, or have walked in your shoes, I feel your strength and your growth through the adventure you are engaging with this little angel. It will sooooo be worth all the love and hope you will give her.

Bless your oh so loving heart, Bev. It's obvious that not only are you a great person, but also a wonderful parent to your son and Abby. I've always believed in miracles and will think of Abby whenever a shooting star passes by. And yes please for pics and vids, we can never get enough of the little spitfire. You can tell from this board that she's already taken all of our hearts.

It breaks my heart that you didn't get better news; but you are an inspiration in how bravely you've met this crisis and continue to focus on Abby's life. She's beyond lucky to have you because you feel the same about her. You and your family will remain in my thoughts and I can't wait to see all the upcoming Abby threads....

I am so very sorry. I will keep you all in my prayers. Abby is so lucky to have someone like you in her life and you are lucky to have her in yours. If there is anything you need, please let me know. Keep hanging in there.

I can tell you from experience , you never know how long any bully will have. I had my first for 9 months before he passed away unexpectedly. I wouldn't trade those 9 months for anything in the world even though it was way to short. We had what feels like a lifetime of good days and happy memories. I'm so sorry to hear about Abby. I hope that you are able to focus on the good times you have with her and enjoy the time you have no matter how short or long it is. Good luck . I will keep you two in my prayers.
If tears could build a staircase and happy memories a lane, I could walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again!

Thank you all but I really don't think I'm doing anything all that special. I'm just a woman in love!

@Twice yes you are! most people would just euthanize Abby.. it's sad to say because she is enjoying life, and giving love and is going to continue doing this for whatever amount of time and you have the love to allow her to do this.. most people wouldn't .. you are special! .. I think we all agree on that!
How is your son taking it, is he still in denial?

Yes. I don't think it's going to fully hit him until she starts showing signs of being sick. And maybe that's a good thing. Let him play with her and love her without worrying about her for as long as possible. I'll handle the worrying

Yes @Twice I think you're right, but since you've been so open with him he'll
know what's going on when it starts. Hopefully it will be a really long time! I'm really praying for your little princess
