I do hope you contact Natural Balance with a complaint and also contact Consumer Reports and even the store where you bought the food. That is awful for your pets and you! Good thing you were attentive to the problem and good thing EBN helped spread the word, but I worry about all the pet owners that may not be aware the NB could be making their animals sick

I wouldn't have thought about it being the food if it wasn't for the warning on here I'm very thankful for this site. We got different bags with different lot numbers and have been doing good so far figure they had a bad batch. All animals are doing great and off of all mess finally. They were on antibiotics, anti diarrhea, and probiotics. Probiotics they were on the longest. We will definately never ignore diarrhea after this! I'm just glad we caught it early
