Is she having any problems going poop? Diarehea? Is her vaginal area swollen? Is she bleeding? (check with a paper towel) and where is she bleeding from?

If it is sticking out of her butt it is not vaginal prolapse. Is it her butt or vagina? Also, how old is she?

She is ten months old. And she isnt having any problem pooping, nor diaharrhea. She isnt spayed so thats why Im led to believe that she might be in heat. I have read before and now that this breed goes into heat every 6 months. After an hour or so I checked on her and its not there any more? Although she is super hyper!

If she is in heat her vaginal area will start swelling and sometimes even start sagging. The red thing was in her butt or vaginal area? She is definately at the right age for her first heat.
