My Baxter suffered with eyelashes on the inner margin of his eyelid... 'Distichiasis' he had antibiotics a few times before the lashes were detected, but they drove him mad scratching. He wouldn't let me pluck, and I have read they can come back thicker and in different directions. Baxter had his removed after referral to a specialist...they did electrolysis and corrected a slight entropian they think was caused by squinting from the distichia. Over 12 months since the op and we've not looked back, tho some lashes have grown back as I was told they might, they don't bother him now so I'm leaving alone.
