Help!!

My 11 mo old Bull just came back from a quick walk and now his right paw is causing concern. He is limping and the paw is in the air.... I held him in place while a person walked by. Nothing unusual for him. Any ideas on why? I am hoping that it is just a pulled muscle from being overly friendly.... Let me know!

How hot was it outside and was his paw on concrete or asphalt, maybe got burnt from the hot surface? Or could have stepped on a rock or something wrong and bruised a pad. Any cuts on his pads?

Have you gone thru his pads carefully to make sure something isnt maybe stuck in there? Between the toes and all? Could be as simple as a thorn or cut? Is he not using it at all?

There have been a lot of pulled bully muscles here lately! I would check his pads very well..if you have peroxide..pour it over his pad..look for foaming where small cuts might be. Also check for thorns or even bruising. I have to lean towards a pull if his pad and nail look ok.
