Default 5 month old bully with popping hips

I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I'm trying
To navigate on my smart phone so I apologize
If I'm posting in the wrong place.
My Mabel was born May 3rd and I took her home
July 4th. We drove out of state and reviewed her very impressive bloodline. We paid, what we considered, a high price for her thinking we would get a bulldog free from health problems.
Shes been perfect. We got her checked out with in 72 hours of getting her and the vet said everything looks great.
She is the love of our life and I cant imagine our lives without her.
She loves the dog park which I only just started taking her to this month after all her rounds of vaccines and she loves her puppy classes.
2 days ago I was holding on to her back hips they were popping. I'm devastated. I'm so scared for her
I called the vet immediately and scheduled an appointment for next week. When squeeze her side I can feel them pop in and out. She doesn't seemed to be bothered. But does bunny hop when she runs fast. I held her in bed and cried all day. I could hardly sleep last night. I've been treating her like a porcelain doll.
Shes 29lbs and the vet scored her as ideal weight last week when we were there for a check up.
I've been reviewing treatments for hip dysplasia and some treatments you need to do while they are young and don't want to miss this window of opportunity. Does anyone have any info on TPO surgery? It would be greatly appreciated. Also if there are any referrals to a bulldog speciality vet in Oregon that would be helpful.
    Thanks

My Emmitt did the same. In the early months I thought our boys were dying. Breathing heavy like a heart attack. We were really nervous. Come to find out it is normal. Emmitt jumped off of the bed. His hips were cracking. Perfectly normal.

Welcome... this is really normal. You can start on a joint supplement, we use Movoflex and limit her to going only up steps not down for the next month. Keep her weight in check as she grows and be sure to feed either raw or a high quality grain free kibble

Does she stop breathing while sleeping? Can you get video and post it?

29lbs @ 5 months old... keep an eye on the weight as she grows. You can also give a good omega 3. Make sure the fish oil is from waters of Canada or US and not from Asia that’s full of mercury. Fish oils n fish is very good for joints.

Thanks for your responses. We went to ger regular vet today. Her hips are laxating in and out of their sockets with every step. He gave her xrays and was surprised that they weren't worse with the amount of the laxation. He said they were at 40%. A dog with 50 or greater does not have dysplasia. We are being referred to a specialist

Our pup was keep in a cage most of his life by previous owner.. We got him at 6 months. He limps and keeps one leg up a lot. It has gotten better but seems worst sometimes. Does anyone have any thought on this? he is 8 months now. It was doing really good until we went to get some food for him and he slide all around the concrete floor playing with anything that would play back and it seemed like it made it hurt worst. When you walk him he pulls like a freight train and it does not seem to bother him to do that. Any help will be great. As you can see his picture he sets on the bad hip and I think that is how he always set in the cage. And no this is NO cage in his life anymore.
