Just saying hello :)
We have a 4 1/2 month old EB. He's a funny little man but we are having some issues with teething and "food aggression".

Frozen marrow bones are GREAT for teething. Marrow will fill up the tummy till meal time. How many times you feed him a day, what are you feeding him?

Food aggression? That definitely is a NO NO! When I have pups, I just keep"bugging" them, while they are eating, or chewing a bone, taking the dish away,or toy, or bone, and giving it back, until they no longer growl. If you are afraid, they know it, and will be YOUR boss. No dog of mine will ever growl at me aggressively! The only time a growl is allowed, is a playing growl-there is a difference. Never let your dog growl (seriously) at you. You will have a big problem on your hands!

Gabe says "Hello" back to you Riley. And stop growling at mom when your eating, that's a big No-No.

After eating his meals or a snack he gets "crazy" jumping around and barking for more. We can't stand in the kitchen anymore without him barking. Never lunges or bites ... Just barking probably saying "All your food is mine mine mine"

When we brought him home he was eating Fromm. We have a vet appointment with an EB specialist this Saturday. We're going to be talking to him about transitioning Riley to different food. We've been using "No-Hide" bones and frozen carrots and toys for the teething

Most vets will tell you to put your dog on Royal Canin or science hills which I just posted this week another extended recall cause of high vitamin D. Simply stay “away” from them brands as it will cause other issues. Fromm is a great kibble so is Acana n others that are 5 stars on Dog Advisor .com. From what you’re saying if aggression is only at feeding time, simply take the food away, wait 5 mins or till little guy has calmed down and repeat if necessary. You’re in control of his food not him. Often you’ll see food aggression in litters and the smallest one will end up not eating a lot cause of the bigger pushy bully ones. Food aggression isn’t that hard to fix. Just need to be consistently on him till it’s drilled in his head. He’ll eventually get it.

I guess he was one of the bigger pushier ones in his litter
And I just read something about Royal Canin that was a little disheartening. In the UK apparently they made it known that they feel as if all brachycephalic should cease to exist. Really nice, being that they advertise it as a brachycephalic breed safe food

I would never trust Hills products. They have more problems, and are not advertising.....Nearly two months after its last update, Hill’s Pet Nutrition has added another lot code to the list of products recalled due to elevated levels of vitamin D. The company has expanded its recall of Hill’s® Prescription Diet® i/d® Canine Chicken & Vegetable Stew 12.5oz (SKU 3389) to include Batch code 102020T21.
