Congrats on your new baby! He is adorable.... as for size -- it is all in the bloodline and you will not see his full size till about years old. Bulldogs grow 'up' the first year and 'out' the second year. As for feeding, be sure he gets three meals a day here is a good guideline for feeding:

8 weeks	1/2 cup 3 times a day
12 weeks	2/3 to 3/4 cup 3 times a day
4 & 5 months	3/4 cup 3 times a day
6 months to 1 year	1.25 to 1.5 cups twice a day

Can only hold bladder 1 hr more than months old so at 4 months.. limit is 5 hrs... so if you can nit get to him you should look fir a trustworthy person to do a midday potty and feeding
