Since being exposed to my 1st bully, an awesome male named Bruzer who
belonged to my son's 1st love, Kristi then deciding I had to have one...
getting a call from my sister whose friend found out (as so many do) that
she had no time for the bully she bought off craigslist, Brutus and adopting
him, then he died 7 months later and now, adopting Cami from a similar
situation, I found I really have a heart for these bullies needing a home
instead of buying a puppy, which originally I intended to do. Especially after
reading these stories here, I've given up my dream of a puppy, the experience
of taking in a wary, weary, change hating bully~Brutus @ 4 y/o and 3/4 owners
then Cami @ 5 y/o, a retired breeder and I'm her 3rd home~gaining their trust
and finally, their love, has been rewarding beyond measure.

When it's an abandoned, abused then thrown away dog...I can't imagine the
joyous wonderment at their happy change when given a loving & safe home,
their 1st experience receiving kindness & love instead of cruelty & callous dis-
regard of their needs.

GOD bless each of you that work tirelessly and with much personal cost to your
selves...financially, emotionally, time & physical wear & tear to do this work for
these precious babies. You are my heros and hero to so many others. GOD bless
and favor you and these bullies you rescue...YOU make an incredible difference
every day...it is sacred work you do that very few can do. Thank you all!

This story made me cry. How humans could have left this poor girl in such a disgraceful situation makes me ashamed to be human. But then when I see how noble and wonderful the response was to this girl's suffering, I am so proud of my fellow humans.
