Unfortunately nothing like toys or petting are incentives for George only food and even that isn't enough if he doesn't want to do something. I can see how nilif works for training but with him nothing is as much fun as biting and chewing on us so I'm totally at a loss to know how to stop this.
He's playing or sitting one minute next thing he fixates on our hands or feet and just attacks and it's not related to us moving, he seems to just decide it would be fun. He will not play with us he takes the toy away into his bed/crate and then returns to bite, the aggression seems to get worse if we keep reproducing the toy.
I also have family living close by who call in at the most inappropriate times and allow George to do what he likes I can't tell them to stop him they don't listen so any work I do with him is usually ruined in a couple of hours.
