Koozer
We found a great and inexpensive little device that we use for Koozer when we need to get his attention. It is a little red canister of compressed air...the Pet Corrector. You can get it at Petco and it was just a couple of bucks. When you spray it, it lets out this loud Pshhhh sound (like the sound Cesar Milan makes with his mouth). I'm telling you, it has been a lifesaver for us. Tell your dog "no" then spray it. Every time we have used it, it has only been one spray and the behavior is corrected. Koozer now sees the can come out and he is on his best behavior. The 2 main problems we were having were in the car, Koozer would try to attack the light reflections (like from our watches, or passing cars) even though he was harnessed in. Thought he was going to break a bone going after these lights. Next problem is on walks (which we use a harness), Koozer attacks car covers. For some reason, he has developed an obsession with car covers. But with this Pet Corrector, he is an angel!
