My dogs are all females. When they are playing too wild and get wound up, that is when they start humping each other. They never even did it until AFTER they were spayed. Odd? It is considered a dominance thing-but I think over excitement(emotions) is a "cause" of it,too. At least in my females. But having had mostly all female dogs, but two, in my life-it seems like bullies will do it more often than the other breeds I have had-unless it's just mine.......?

Gia still does it. We just give her a firm no and push her off. The spray bottle has never worked on her. She would just try to bite the water lol...I totally agree with u Manydogs because Gia looks so happy when she is doing it. I really think she's trying to say I love u lol. We r not fans of the way she expresses it but what can u do lol

I guess they love each other-not me, 'cause they don't hump me! Too many OTHER choices:yes:
